Senior Architect/Project Architect Position

Our client is looking for a Senior Architect to join their Brisbane office. Reporting to the Design Manager, the Senior/Project Architect will play an important role in collaborating with the project team to deliver high quality design, documentation and construction outcomes. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of architects and junior staff to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects across a range of building types including medical, commercial, retail, education & public infrastructure
• Provide leadership & support to a direct team, as well as across multiple projects
• Manage client relationships and expectations to a high degree
• Delivery innovative designs which incorporate cultural influences

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects using current Australian and NZ Building Codes;
• Qualifications/Experience required from a recognised tertiary qualification in Architecture from Australia or New Zealand are preferrable
